As the forum users among you have probably already noticed, I have compiled a list of missing unit images. The list is probably not complete, but I think I can live with that. The most important thing was, to give the "painters" something to work with. I know it can be annoying, if you don't know what to do or where to start, so I created this list, to give you exactly that. A place to start.

If you want to help us making MM better, this is one of the many places for you to start. Having images for all units available simply makes the games feel better. You can find the complete and current list here.

Have fun with it and thanks for any help you can offer, be it by completing the list and looking for other missing images or by providing us with images. MM grows with and for the community.

Nobody objected, so I have another one for you ;)

A few minutes ago I started a Twitter account. That will give me the opportunity to post short Battletech related tweets and I can put out some MM tweets too short to be worth an own blog entry.

Over the last couple of days I have started to convert my Heavy Metal Map maps to the MegaMek format. Given the fact that this are far more than 100 single maps (combined in roughly 30 map sets) this will take some time. Perhaps multiple releases, depending on how fast I can progress and how long I can do it without needing a break from it. But in the end, there will be a lot more maps for you to play on.

Time draws near when I am going to include the the TRO 3085 units in MegaMek. While I think you are all looking forward to this, there is a slight problem: I have no images to assign to them.

I got an image for the Ironhold, but that's about it.

I promised you more of them, it's your own fault you didn't object.

Over the last week I did absolutely nothing on MM. Do you guys know why? Because I'm the most brilliant man you will ever know. I went on vacation, packed my laptop... and forgot to pack the battery and power cable.

But, to get at least some Megamek information here: I'm very proud to see that the RATs are making progress. Our own people and some fans are working hard on getting all available RATs into MM for the next release.

My first entry called "Useless Information". I'm pretty sure there will be more of them in the future. ;)

After taking a break while the semester was going on, I am now back working on the unit files.

I have updated a few unit names and started working on the files for multiple XTRs that were released some time ago. Not all units are possible right now since not every piece of equipment is included in MM, but it is being worked on. At some point, we will be able to provide you with every unit, but probably not with my current batch of updates. 

While Taharqa is working on the back end and sets up the front end as a whole, I have started to work on the little things.
